Our Leadership & Team
Lockhart Conceição
Founder / Managing Director
Lockhart brings 30 years of professional commercial aviation expertise, having worked at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Qatar Airways, Gulf Air, Rwandair, Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Maldivian Air Taxi, Safi Airways, and Damania airways. He has held multi-diversified leadership roles within the various commercial departments of the airlines and has worked multiculturally across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
Since 2016 Lockhart has provided advisory services to almost 30 airlines globally. He extensively advises stakeholders including investors and governments on aviation matters.
Outside NewGen consulting, Lockhart is an advisory board member for 2 companies. He is passionate about music and is a value investor in the financial markets. He is also actively involved in philanthropy.
Paul Rose
Consultant/MD-Paul Rose Revenue Management Ltd, United Kingdom
Paul brings 50 years of civil aviation experience having worked with British Airways and Virgin Atlantic holding key management positions, specializing in the commercial areas of revenue management, pricing, and revenue integrity. Additionally, he has 25 years of experience in specialized aviation software sales with leading airline software vendors Sabre, SITA and Amadeus.
Since 2002 Paul has provided bespoke consultancy and other business services to over 50 airlines including long-term projects with Air Baltic, Etihad, Qantas, Caribbean Airlines and Biman Bangladesh. These included system selections and implementation programs, business process re-engineering, and organisational redesign
Outside work, Paul is an ardent football fan.
